Minor Changes

• Add openplanr graph --json, a read-only artifact graph export for dashboard and ecosystem conformance. The command emits the shared OpenPlanr Protocol graph shape { nodes, edges }, namespaces spec-local story/task ids, and preserves contains and depends_on edges from frontmatter.
