# Terms of Service

Effective and last updated 2026-09-16.

A summary of https://openplanr.dev/terms, which is the authoritative text.

## Acceptance and eligibility

The terms govern openplanr.dev, the hosted company application at app.openplanr.dev and the hosted services behind them (the "Hosted Services"). They are for professional use by people at least 18 years old.

## Open-source components and hosted services

The CLI and other open-source components are governed by their own licenses, primarily MIT. These terms apply only to the Hosted Services.

## Accounts and organizations

You keep your account secure and are responsible for activity under it. Organization owners and administrators control membership, roles and content.

## Acceptable use

No unlawful or infringing use, no probing or circumventing access controls, no interference with the service, no unauthorized access or impersonation, and no resale without written consent. Coordinated disclosure to security@openplanr.dev is welcome.

## Your content

You own your content. OpenPlanr receives a limited license to host and transmit it only as needed to provide the Hosted Services.

## Sharing and collaboration

You decide who receives access to what you share and can revoke it at any time; recipients may already have seen or copied it.

## Fees and subscriptions

Fees apply only under a paid plan or order you agree to.

## Service changes, availability, suspension, and termination

The Hosted Services are provided as available. Access may be suspended to comply with law, protect the service or address a violation. You can ask to delete your account at support@openplanr.dev.

## Feedback

Feedback you send may be used without obligation.

## Third-party services

Services you connect are governed by their own terms.

## Disclaimers

The Hosted Services are provided "as is" and "as available"; review output before relying on it.

## Limitation of liability

Liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law, and in total to what you paid in the prior twelve months.

## Changes to these terms

The date at the top changes with each update; material changes get additional notice.
