## Scope of this policy

The policy covers openplanr.dev, the hosted company application at app.openplanr.dev and the hosted services behind them (the "Hosted Services"). The MIT-licensed CLI and local tools run in your own environment and contact the network only for features you invoke: Linear sync, artifact sharing and company sign-in. Optional tokens for those features are stored in your OS keychain or an encrypted local file.

## Information you provide

Account and profile information, organization and workspace information, content you create or upload, and support requests.

## Information collected automatically

Device and browser information, logs and security events, essential cookies and session data, and aggregated analytics where enabled.

## Website analytics

openplanr.dev uses Vercel Web Analytics to count page views and a fixed list of actions, such as copying a command or opening a search result. The recorded details never include personal data, copied text, or anything you type. Open any page with `?va-disable=1` to turn analytics off in your browser.

## Docs assistant

Questions to the docs assistant, with earlier turns of the conversation and matching docs passages, are sent to Anthropic under OpenPlanr's commercial API agreement. OpenPlanr does not store the questions or answers.

## Identity, invitations, and product email

Clerk provides sign-in, sessions, multi-factor authentication and organization invitations. Resend delivers scoped guest invitations and account-deletion notices.

## How we use information

To authenticate you, deliver collaboration features, prevent abuse, provide support, keep the service reliable, improve the product and comply with the law.

## How we share information

With people you collaborate with, with service providers listed on https://openplanr.dev/subprocessors.md, for legal and safety reasons, and in a business transfer.

## Retention and deletion

Information is kept while your account or organization is active and as needed to provide the service. Request deletion through account settings or support@openplanr.dev.

## International processing

Providers may process information outside your country; OpenPlanr relies on the transfer mechanisms available under applicable law.

## Security

Reasonable technical and organizational measures protect information. Report vulnerabilities to security@openplanr.dev.

## Your choices and rights

You can update account details, control sharing and cookies, and ask to access, correct, export or delete your personal information at support@openplanr.dev.

## Children

The Hosted Services are not directed to children under 13.

## Changes to this policy

The date at the top changes with each update; material changes get additional notice.
