Diagnose OpenPlanr CLI, pipeline, runtime-adapter, installation, and lock health. Use when setup, discovery, versions, generated assets, or runtime behavior seems wrong.

## Run it

- Claude Code: `/planr:doctor`
- Codex: `$doctor`. With the OpenPlanr plugin for Codex, use $planr:doctor.
- Cursor: `@planr-doctor`. Cursor applies the planr-doctor rule when you mention it in chat.

## Use it to
